The CTBA is an ISO 9001:2008 certified European construction company operating in Qatar since 2011. Aiming to be the best and most reliable subcontractor in the Middle East we have proven ourselves on more than 30 key projects in the GCC. At any given moment we were active on more than five landmark projects with respectable multinational companies.

 

Our goal is to be the best and most reliable design-build-operate company in Qatar & the UAE. The idea behind it is even simpler – to compete with speed and quality of execution. “Easier said than done”, one might conclude. The way CTBA chose to achieve its goal is by focusing on a few key factors: skilled employees, measurable organization and the ability to quickly adapt to altered circumstances.

Our staff and employees are highly skilled and devoted to entrusted tasks. Almost 90% are sourced and recruited directly from Europe with our own resources. Labor accommodation abides by European standards, the canteen is handled by European cooks. A considerable part of our employees have been with us since the founding of the company. They are highly motivated and loyal, being the key asset of the CTBA.

 

Our organizations set-up is on the highest possible level. The certification is only one aspect. By implementing the management software Framework for Business literally every activity is monitored, recorded, analyzed and constantly improved. Be it documents in the office, accounting, warehouse management or daily productivity on construction sites – everything is documented and daily reports are being produced for us internally and for clients alike.

The Red Line, also known as the Coast Line, runs for about 42 kilometres from Al Wakrah in the south to Lusail in the north. The line also connects Hamad International Airport at Terminal 1 to the centre of the city. It has 18 stations with the Legtaifiya Station allowing passengers to transfer over to the Lusail Tram.

Khalifa Stadium & Museum

The Metro Green Line Underground Project spans 18,5 km from the Msheireb Station on the Corniche all the way to Al Rayyan Stadium in the West of Doha. A total of 16.6 twin bored tunnels with 9 underground structures and 54 cross passages makes this one of the most challenging underground packages.

Doha Metro Gold Line

Tornado Tower

Lusail Multipurpose Hall

Baytna Passive House

The first passive house ever to be built in Qatar. Introducing technologies never before applied in Qatar this project is of historical importance – it will be the benchmark for future architectural standards.
